EVENT VENUE

Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Aiken and Whiskey Road, our cozy, intimate, and chic new space features three event venues for wedding receptions, business luncheons, book clubs,  meetings, and more. Nonprofit organizations receive a 15% discount, and special pricing is available for extended contracts.

Event Spaces

Whether you’re looking for a place to present your PowerPoint slides, or a venue to show off your electric slide, Aiken Senior Life's event spaces can help you make that happen. Through the duration of your event, ASLS team members will stand by your side and assist as much or as little as needed to make for a successful affair. Our event center includes standard configurations for furniture that can be customized to meet your exact needs. For big celebrations and extended uses, a full catering kitchen is also available. Ample onsite parking is included to accommodate all guests. Standard rental rates are available weekdays from 8 am-5 pm; weekend and evening rates are additional.

Hydrangea Hall

General Information

  • $250 Reservation & Cleaning Fee Deposit. This will be refunded unless the client does not meet cleaning requirements. 

  • $125 per hour which includes time needed to set up/decorate and break down/clean. 

  • The Catering kitchen is available for an additional fee of $100

  • If the event extends past 10 pm, there is an additional $250 Late Night Fee that will be added to the overall lease price.

  • If the event will require overflow parking, use of the paddock can be arranged for an additional $50, and if more will be required, use of the Paddock and the backlot can be arranged for an additional $125.

  • Special Event Liability must be provided. This can be obtained through your insurance provider or online (ex. specialeventinsurance.com). It must be acquired with a limit of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

  • If liquor will be served, you must provide proof of Liquor Liability OR a licensed bartender with Liquor Liability coverage must be hired to serve hard alcohol at the event However, serving wine or beer does not require this additional liability.

  • Security is required through Aiken Public Safety/Extra Duty Solutions for your event, if the terms of the rental agreement meet ALL of the following specifications: 

    • There are 50 or more expected guests 

    • Liquor will be served 

    • The event ends after 10:00 pm

No office? No Problem. ASLS has three newly renovated office spaces available for rent to the public.
