Loving Couple

  • Description: Handmade greeting cards made especially for the recipient are so special!  In this papercraft workshop, learn to make meaningful moments into personal gifts that show people how much you care.  Participants will begin by learning the basics of creating a greeting card and then learn different techniques in making their creations.

  • Description: The world of art is as wondrous as it is mysterious. Chaotic paintings, photos of old, ornamental masterpieces, and sacred sculptures - there is much to consider in this universe of visual commentary. Meet at the ASLS facility at 9:45 am sharp for a 10:00 am bus departure. Enjoy a docent-led tour through the museum’s various exhibits before grabbing lunch at Market on Main. 13 seats available, first come, first served.

  • Description: Ageless Grace is a seated core fitness program that uses 21 simple tools for lifelong comfort and ease based on the science of neuroplasticity. These tools re-open and create new neural pathways in the brain that, in turn, improve functions that typically deteriorate as we age. Coupled with upbeat, age-appropriate music, this fitness class is beneficial and fun!
